If I have Embalmer's Tools,and the top six cards in my library from here is there a good way to figure out if it's worth including the embalmers tools in my deck

it's not as simple as other hypergeometric calculations, as I don't know when/how they get in the 'yard

not sure how to word the question

If it helps, this is commander, and my commanderis Alexi, ZephyrMage, which has a way of ditching them

So I guess the play pattern might be, "draw into one of those six, ditch 2 with my commander, then play from the yard"

Yeah, that doesn't seem quite good enough

like, if you had 15-20 of those cards. Sure, the mana reduction could be good, as could the incidental (self?) mill

but, what does it benefit you over a 2 mana rock?
