so people who just stockpiled the Mythics Wildcards got reverted but people who used them to craft things got to keep their crafted cards

I don't really follow modern that closely, were KCI decks particularly degenerate?

apparently it was winning a little too much while having Eggs-like long, non-interactive turns

Trawler and Mana ability timings also allowed the trawler to grab itself which is full of feelsBad

Also, MtGA starter decks are a bit of a mess. I know they can't be too good but it feels like green is the only one who can reliably queue up and have a decent chance of winning. Granted, I haven't look too hard at the others and might be wrong

@Veskah They specifically called out in the announcement that that kind of deep rules knowledge involved in the deck was actually a point against banning it.

In general the fact that some people feel bad because they were unaware of some rules interactions should not be a reason to not have those rules interactions in tournament play.

I worded it poorly but I was in fact just alluding to the KCI loop being real good due to the Trawler ability vs Mana abilities
