@GgG I don't know where you live but most Atheists don't do bestiality. And by the way, in a life or death situation, bestiality would be permitted. If an atheist were to believe that bestiality were theoretically ok in some cases, e.g. if he thought it is ok where he thought that no conscious creature, man or beast, was getting hurt, but he didn't engage in it himself, then he is not breaking the noachide laws. also..
morality is about human fourishing, human wellbeing.. increasing human quality of life and not misery.. Atheists could agree that "the worst possible misery for everyone is bad". And work from there. So, atheists can be moral and have a philosophy on morality.
