@robev Depends what you mean by "part of the Torah". Does the Talmud anywhere say that a specific chilazon is required? (I am aware of the general statement in the Tosefta.)

@msh210 I know, but it's a bit tricky to set my Excel to dots/commas.

@msh210 I've changed it with regex, check it now

@Kazibácsi sh'koach
By the way, is Kazi your family name? I ask because I see it is an Hungarian family name (and I'm guessing you're Hungarian from the "bácsi") -- but I'm more familiar with a given name preceding "bácsi".

@msh210 It's just a fake name, it means Uncle Kazi, but it's true that there are some people with this surname.
BTW, I find the table in that answer extremely useful to plan my gemara studies.
I'd only need to put my plans into practice! :-D

@Alex who said anything about required? Whether or not other sources are valid, there still is one that is discussed in a notable way and can be referenced unambiguously.

@Kazibácsi and more quantifiable
@רבותמחשבות I agree
@רבותמחשבות @Kazibácsi BY the way do you want your 200 and 100 bounties. You both intimated in comments that you had wanted to forge them

2:08 PM
@Dr.Shmuel I'm good without any bounties

@Dr.Shmuel I'd be happy if you could keep them for the next edition of your contest (hopefully in a few months) and offer them then.

Q: Is there a source for the claim that a dishonest person cannot do teshuvah?

NossonIf I recall correctly, I remember someone saying in a shiur a long time ago that a dishonest person cannot do teshuvah. Is there any source for this claim?
