This is a hypothetical question, but I could see it happening to me one day.
A father uses a public microwave oven to cook supper to feed his children. The microwave is technically clean, but he is nervous that the "fumes" from other dishes previously cooked in there will "contaminate" the meals...
If a user has greater reputation, then their votes should be worth more than votes of someone who is less reputable. It will ensure that people who the community gives more credibility to are more respected in their answers. Either that, or allow people to see the reputations levels of the voters...

@AdamMosheh Before flooding the front page with retags maybe bring it up on meta? I personally don't see the utility (any more than I would of a "cheese" teg distinct from kashrut and milk), but I'm just one person, same as you. We have a lot of tags, so it's already kind of hard to navigate them -- I'd really like each tag to pull its weight, so to speak.
@DoubleAA Isaac has been an excellent mod and I'd love to see him continue. I can understand him stepping aside to get some new people involved, but I hope we can draft him later as an additional mod.
Do we need a tag for coffee-caffeine, or should this tag just be merged into food?
It seems to me that neither coffee nor caffeine has a special place in Jewish life and learning, unlike, say, grapes-wine and bread, which have special statuses, halachic definitions, aggadic implications, etc.
