Q: Are the changes to "unclear," "too broad," and "primarily opinion-based" close votes MY-specific or SE-wide?

@barlop Assuming you mean רב as distinct from רבי, it appears as a position in Avos 1:6 and 1:16 (עשה לך רב), but as far as I can tell off searching on Sefaria it never appears in Mishnayos as a title.
