@Alex Is this HNQ personal or general (meaning, that if you go to MY your going to get more MY links on the side, and if you frequent tag X, you'll see more questions of tag X)?
@ShmuelBrin I think it's random. In any case, the links on the side only show you about 5-10 of the hot network questions. To see the full list of 100 hot questions you have to go to stackexchange.com/questions?tab=hot

@Dr.Shmuel I don't know of anybody keeping an overall list. You could get partial information by tracking Revival badges -- that gets you answers +2 to questions 30+ days old.
