... I'm a little disappointed that he didn't write more about the responsum he quotes the query from at the end. It's about a lead dish used for "proving" alcohol with fire, and whether kashering such a dish for Pesach requires boiling or flaming.

@IsaacMoses I'm not so familiar with BDLD, but a glance around the site makes it seem like it's written for the Judaism-initiated. This post looks like it was written for a more general public, in that he left the Judaism source to the end and didn't go into it much. Perhaps that was indeed his intent in doing so. Note however the post's "הכשר כלים, יורה דעה, פסח" categories.

@msh210 Most of his posts are quite heavy on sources. I suspect that this post is just an expression of passing curiosity.
