@Tutor Your chat name is constant no matter which SE site's chat you're in. To change the chat username (if you choose to), go to chat.stackexchange.com/users/116999 and click "change" near where it says "parent user".

Apparently the official Fatah facebook page posted something telling Palestinian shopkeepers to destroy CCTV footage so that the IDF couldn't use it to identify the kidnappers
