@DoubleAA It's a different Pischei Olam. You are looking for R' Dov Ber Karasik's commentary on Orach Chayim. The specific place you want is Pischei Olam (OC 75:3). His version is the same as our version of the TS on the Rosh.

Hey all, here's an update on some changes in the 10k tools and how certain flags are handled. If you've been ignoring the low-quality-posts review queue, now might be a good time to go back to it -- it's more productive now.
