@msh210 Here's) Minhagei R. Isaac of Turna, see the long lines 2/3 way down. Here's the relevant maariv pages from the Maḥzor Vitry ed. Goldschmidt (it's minhag Tsarfat, but close). And here's one of the first printed nusaḥ Ashkenaz siddurim (Ma'aglei Tsedek, from 1568).

For modern congregations in the Machon Moreshes Ashkenaz stream — here's their luaḥ (on pp 17/48/59 it says הנוסח בסוף 'והשיאנו' כבשבת: 'וישמחו בך ישראל אוהבי שמך'); here's the Shabbat maariv section of R. Rallis Wiesenthal's siddur (see p26, and footnote 35).

@msh210 There's a long piece in Shorshei Minhag Ashkenaz vol 1 that goes through the history.
all ccommunities maintain that structure on shabbat yom tov btw. we combine to והנחילנו באהבה וברצון בשמחה ובששון but we don't combine to וינוחו בו וישמחו בך ישראל , cf. judaism.stackexchange.com/questions/131305/…
