It is also mentioned at MY that R' Feinstein was keen on calling conservative and reform rabbis "ראביי." I thought it was his neologism, but I saw this expression at a certain person who most probably didn't have access to his works yet. Is it kosher to ask at MY about the origins of this expression?

This is probably because of Acts 13:21 and the messiness of the former verse(Saul's missing his age, for example). It's only in Jewish sources that I've seen this verse's reign length take...

@Kazibácsi If it helps, the Comprehensive English-Yiddish Dictionary gives ראַבינער and ראַבײַ as translations for "Reform rabbi"; the latter translation is marked as an Americanism.
