Q: Was the Rambam familiar with 'Tosfos'?

@interested Since it's Greek, why not pronounce it close to the Greek pronunciation, which is Yannaios?
(Although the footnotes to the Loeb edition of Antiquities suggests that Yannaios is in fact a Hellenization of Hebrew Yannai, which I guess is a nickname of Y(eh)onatan.)
