Is there some reason why some of the Torah portion tag names contain parashat (e.g. parashat-toldot) and others (e.g. mikeitz) don't? I'm having trouble finding meta documentation, but being someone isn't remotely a "power user" here, I could be missing something.
This question seemed relevant, but I'm not sure if parashat is only appended if there is some ambiguity.
