Not sure if it's appropriate to post this here, but is there a way to find questions from a specific user that doesn't contain a tag? (I know only how to do the opposite thing, to find question within a specific tag, but not to exclude it completly).

I would simply try to use syntax such as -[tagname].

Foe example "user:8297 -[general-topology] is:q" math.stackexchange.com/…

This should return questions (is:q) by a specific user (user:id) that do not have the tag.

I guess it works, although I might have missed something.
