@Downgoat That seems to have broken it.
/opt/vsl/lib/vsl/parser/parser.js:67
  unwrap = d => d[0].value, rewrap = d => [d[0]], mid = d => d[0][0], importMark = Symbol('import'); // custom errors for error prods.

@Dennis what commands did you use to pull

@Dennis can you post all of /opt/vsl/lib/vsl/parser/parser.js

"use strict";

// Generated automatically by nearley
// github.com/Hardmath123/nearley
(function () {
  function id(x) {
    return x[0];
  }

  "use strict";

  let t = require('./nodes').default;

  let VSLTokenizer = require('./vsltokenizer').default;

  let ParserError = require('./parserError').default;

  let lexer = new VSLTokenizer();

  const NodeTypes = require('./vsltokentype').default,
        freeze = Object.freeze,
        integer = freeze({
    test: x => x[1] === NodeTypes.Integer

@Dennis could you try now

12:09 AM
@Downgoat Pulled and synced.

4 hours later…
4:09 AM
@Dennis Please pull broccoli

@Pavel ^

Oh right forgot about that
Give me 30 seconds
@Dennis Should work now
Wait nevermind
Now it should

Pulled and synced.

@Dennis And again. Because ASCII nuked argument parsing again.

2 hours later…

6 hours later…
12:02 PM
@Dennis Could you add the Data.Random for Haskell?

12:21 PM
@Pavel Done.
@flawr Do you happen to know what the package is called? data-random doesn't exist, and random is already installed.

oh sorry
@Dennis it is random-fu-0.2.7.0
(for ghc: cabal update then cabal install random-fu-0.2.7.0)

12:36 PM
@flawr Do you need 0.2.7.0 in particular or can I just install the latest version (which is 0.2.7.0 afaict)?

@Dennis no just the latest
I asked because (from what I've read) Data.Random is the random generator package that currently should be used while System.Random should apparently not be used anymore.
oh, you can omit the version numbers to get the newest version, TIL!

12:54 PM
@flawr Should be installed.
@cairdcoinheringaahing Also, why is there a literal '.code.tio' in your source code? Does Add++ only work on TIO? Does it behave differently on TIO than on other computers?

@Dennis thank you!

1:09 PM
@Dennis Yeah, it uses a different directory to access old versions for some reason

2 hours later…
3:22 PM
@Dennis For some reason, the --version flag doesn't work on TIO, but does when run locally. For example this should output 0 (and does when run on both my home machines), but fails on TIO due to it's file structure

3:52 PM
@cairdcoinheringaahing What does it have to do with TIO's file structure?

I'm not quite sure. For some reason it can't access the vers folder, despite this saying i should be able to

Your interpreter assumes it's being run from the repo folder, right?

Well, that's a serious limitation, not a TIO issue. The cleanest solution would be to perform a relative import, but os.path.dirname(os. path.realpath(__file__)) to determine the directory of add++.py would also work.

I'm currently trying the other import suggestion on SO, which is to have a blank __init__.py file in the folder, rather than modifying the path, which is what it does now

4:45 PM
Yes, a relative import. Dodos does that.

Ok, I believe I have fixed it (it works locally, and no longer changes its behaviour dependant on TIO running it or not). Give me a second to commit to GitHub
@Dennis Ok, wasn't sure if they were the same thing

I'll pull when I get back home.

5 hours later…
9:28 PM
@cairdcoinheringaahing Add++'s Hello World now fails saying list index out of range.

10:10 PM
@Dennis Could you run it with the -e flag and post the full error? (I'll fix the bug in the morning, I have to go sleep)

Hmm, that's a new one. I'll fix it ASAP, thanks!
