Haskell always times out or something. Even the cached example took 65 seconds.

@Dennis I'm not sure, but I think zram is at least partially to blame for the intermittent memory issues--it was just that, ghc seems to need quite a bit of RAM for Hello World. I'll pick droplets with more RAM when I rebuild for Fedora 31.
