Why?

@Dennis Syncing a Fedora 27 arena to upgrade it made it unbootable. That hadn't happened before.

I'll direct traffic to the updated servers now.

So far, so good. cat /etc/fedora-release should confirm that you're on the new servers.

I've tweaked TIO's SSL configuration to use stapling, disable session tickets, and use more secure ciphers. I've also enabled HSTS with an experimental duration of 5 minutes. Please report any issues this may cause.
