@Pavel really?
@ThomasWard Yep
01:08
@cairdcoinheringaahing Done.
@ThomasWard Hard to say. Safari users might, as the copy-to-clipboard buttons don't work.
hrm.
@Dennis i assume there's no database-backend you utilize in the current code base, then, for link generation when one clicks the button to generate the links, right?
i couldn't find the code at first glance hence asking :P
No, permalink generation is done entirely in the browser.
@Dennis in order to make a shortlink environment we'd have to add a DB backend that we have some process server-side handle storing of that data, i don't see any way around that if we want to have easier shortlinks. :/
once we get stats on how much storage we'll need i think we can start moving forward :P
urgh internet is being stupid again
Can't be worse than here. Chat is working barely, everything won't load. :/
01:20
Still better than yesterday, when it wouldn't even connect.
mmm, true, except my internet keeps flapping :p
02:09
@Dennis Please pull Funky
02:28
@Pavel Done.
Oh, I was about to ask Dennis to do that.

3 hours later…
06:03
@Dennis any chance you could pull Funky again..?
@Adám My one critique is that while you mentioned using TIO in such a way that APL resembles a regular language, you didn't expand on that further, and implied that to use it you need to use the session from the input field, which is just more weirdness. I think you should have had an example using just the code field and ⎕←.

@Dennis Thanks
07:32
@Pavel Good point. However, the audience consisted only of experienced APLers. To them, a "normal-looking" APL is weird, and they would want to know how to use TIO's APL interface in terms of what they are used to.

1 hour later…
08:53
@ATaco Done.
09:03
@Dennis Can you please pull again..? (Found a bug in string format...)
@ATaco There's one . too many.
/opt/funky/globalScope.js:23
                return globals.string.vars..format(a, b)
                                           ^
oO(Test before you push)
Fixed.
There we go. Pulled.
