Currently, I don't know what the rules to protect people (not just celebrities) against these threats are, but, in my view, there should be rules that punish people that create these AIs. If there aren't any, I'd be very disappointed. But, well, nowadays people...
There's a user that continues to provides answers, which look very much created by AIs... Apparently, nobody cares...
