@cmhughes Yes. (I am a vegetarian). It is actually prepared with rice (also other varieties) Grind, make a paste and press into a thin circle (like chapathi), dry under hot sun and store. Also known as papadum. google.co.in/…

Q: xkcd style graphs

I hope this is not considered an inappropriate question. I received an email to which I wanted to respond with a xkcd-style graph, but I couldn't manage it. Everything I drew looked perfect, and I don't have enough command over Plot Legends to have these pieces of text floating around. Any tips...

Q: Where should questions about MathJaX go?

I'm asking this from the perspective of the TeX-SX site. Basically, we don't want them unless they are really questions about TeX and not about MathJaX. In particular, questions about configuring MathJaX, about installing MathJaX, and about how to do something particular in MathJaX, are all off...

Depending on the exact nature of a MathJax-related question, I could imagine it being appropriate here, or on SO, or on webapps, or even on superuser. I don't know what it is, but have I detected, on SO itself, a certain unpleasant hardening of attitudes?

... not to mention a certain laziness in classifying "problem questions" (eg flag to close rather than flag to migrate, which requires more thought and writing)?

@Brent.Longborough well both of them make tex work hard (tabularx harder as it takes more runs) tabular* just uses the tex primitive tabcolsep so it's essentially free wheeras tx and ty first have to parse at the macro layer to grab the environment body and then reset multiple tables as trial runs to get the spacing right.

@PauloCereda In 1917 some letters were abolished: Ѳ and і, for instance. The former is derived from the Greek theta, but the letter came to be pronounced like Ф (that is, F). This explains why the English Theodore corresponds to the Russian Fjodor.

Q: Create xkcd style diagram in TeX

The unique style of the diagrams at xkcd has an informative but nice hand-drawn touch. I guess they are actually drawn by hand but just recently on our partner site for Mathematica someone asked how to draw a similar diagram such as this one with Mathematica's plot functions (xkcd-style-graphs). ...

@PauloCereda I guess so, they are SO breed. So probably they will use the down-voting as a weapon of choice. :)
