WinEdt 7 has been released with a claimed support of UTF8. It is true that now the arabic letters are showing correctly, but the default setting are still far from being useful.

The dvi file is sucessfully created, but the viewer stucks saying "gswin32.exe is making tmpps1.pbm". This is so strange! I need...
Looking into this question a bit more, it seems that Aquamacs should find TeX automatically assuming it has worked with TeXShop. Since the OP hasn't replied much to more recent comments, I'd recommend closing as too localized.
I am writing this because I need a more efficient way to use the acmsmall class. The problem is when I add the .cls and .bst files within my folder everything works just fine, but when I remove them from the folder the message acmsmall.cls not found appears.
Is there a way to add the class into ...
I cannot use latex, bibtex, pdftex commands on Terminal although I have already installed LaTeX on my computer. What about that?

I've been using ebib to manage my .bib files, but I've just switched over from using bibtex to using biblatex & biber to actually generate the bibliographies in documents. Obviously the file format is still the same since I'm still just using .bib files, but a couple of things make ebib non-i...
I've using the examdesign class to create exams and it can do almost everything I want. But I find that I've been repeating myself as I reuse old exams as practice exams and quiz problems. I'd like to create a bank of test problems and it seems that this can almost be accomplished using the \Ins...

Synctex makes it possible to jump between your LaTeX code and the compiled PDF, which is absolutely great, if you have larger documents. However it is my impression that when you use environments, Synctex jumps only to the environment rather than the precise location you want to jump. This does n...
Is there a good template for software release notes? I typically cover new features, bug fixes, and enhancements. I'm currently using HTML but its ugly and not easy to distribute. Ultimately, I'd like to produce a single PDF.
How can one include an endnote within another endnote? The desired output would be one endnote structure with all endnotes appearing in the order in which they are invoked (i.e., a nested [child] endnote would have a number preceding that of a non-nested endnote occurring subsequent to the parent...
I'm trying to write a paper, and the format must adhere to APA style, 6th edition. I've found that I should use \documentclass{apa6} to do this. Well, I tried, and I get :

Although I'm not totally happy with this way of doing these trees, you can patch qtree so that the single branch tree produces no line. As long as you don't also need single branches, this will do what you want. I've made some other adjustments to your code: replacing \ensuremath{} with $...$ a...
