@PauloCereda Oh good, one fearless duck is keeping watch in the chat room!

@samcarter ooh a stealth duck

@IanAGutierrez Denial: *Reruns non-working code several times* Anger: This should be working, it's R's fault! Bargaining: Maybe if I remove these parentheses? Please work..? Depression: My code never works. Acceptance: I'll just copy and paste something from stackoverflow.

@samcarter I'm imagining to be on tour. ;-)

@egreg Where is your imaginary tour leading you? Is there nice imaginary ice cream?

@samcarter Somewhere in the mountains. The ice cream is included, of course.

3:46 PM
@egreg Mountains and ice cream: @marmots are probably near by :)

@samcarter And invisible dwarves too.

@egreg You can make them visible with \uncover<+>{dwarf}

@egreg @samcarter Ironically, I read this question's title as the quest for a symbol that indicates invisibility. Sadly, it is indivisibility. Otherwise we might have \invisible\dwarf...

@marmot Such a symbol would be really useful - how else would one know that there is something invisible?

@samcarter I think that this symbol already exists. The only problem is that it is invisible. ;-)

7:05 PM
@marmot Please don't tell me that the symbol to indicate the invisibility ahead symbol to be also invisible

@samcarter Well, given that nobody seems to have seen such a symbol, this seems to be a very plausible explanation, doesn't it?

I just got two palindromes

@JouleV you really need a downvote to get you off that cycle

A bit of drama in my corner of the world … but it seems things are getting somewhat under control.

@JouleV My number of gold badges has been a palindrome at all times. ;-)

8:01 PM
@marmot "so far"? Yes. But "at all times"? I don't think so :)
@DavidCarlisle LOL

Q: Issue with ciruitikZ package

Omar AlamoudiI'm trying to use the option RPvoltages for the package circuitikZ version 0.8.3 but I get the following error message: ! LaTeX Error: Unknown option `RPvoltages' for package `circuitikz'. This option however, is mentioned in the package manual (link) If I omit this option, the package produces...

@HaraldHanche-Olsen Ooooh, @StefanKottwitz: is one of your ships?

I love how someone has trouble because the software is out-of-date, and some others also have trouble, but because the software is not yet released.

3 hours later…
11:17 PM
@JouleV Yes, I wrote "has been". ;-)

11:41 PM
@CarLaTeX No, but the ship I'm currently on was just burning 2 days ago
@CarLaTeX hot work, welding, fire, much smoke. The worst is that after evacuation and power loss the datacenter (on UPS) was without cooling and totally overheated after hours when we could come back onboard. Hard drives don't like heat.
