I am doing \includegraphics[width=\textwidth,height=\textheight,keepaspectratio]{rules/21} and getting error ./report.tex:2207: Dimension too large. <argument> \ht \@tempboxa the file 21.pdf is large, 221,870 bytes. It is one page actually, cropped pdf image. Is there a limit for including image files like this in Latex?

I get the feeling the author of that question does not have a long and happy future using TeX if he/she is going to get upset so easily. Or, to put it another way, you aint seen nothing yet.
@Johannes_B I just looked: neither jsarticle nor the only lab.sty I could find define a \heading or \headding… either an incomplete MWE or a bad template…
@Johannes_B I don't think it's trolling. Why bother posting some code when all you want to do is troll? LaTeX errors can be frustrating, especially when you're new to them and believe what your editor tells you is the whole story. It took me quite a while myself until I learned what the log file is for :)
@cfr Oooh, well that's just because of \int_show:N. Remove that line and you won't need \nonstopmode, either. Sorry for the confusion. For whatever reason, all of the _show:N commands cause 'errors'. — Sean Allred1 min ago

I'm not sure if it's an unimportant bug or something there by design, e.g. I probably don't want _show: commands in distributed code.
Hmm, never mind! @cfr set me straight :) Not errors, it's just how \show works… still odd behavior in my opinion :) Still odd that it will cause TeX to exit with non-zero status, but I guess that can't really be helped at this point :)
@SeanAllred Everything that alters the workflow changes the exit code for TeX stuff, it annoys me so very much, that's why I had to include an exit key to v4 in order to surpass this nuisance. :(

First, a bit of background. Registration is of course not 'compulsory' but is encouraged: the idea is to have a much better idea of who looks after which code than is the case with LaTeX2e modules. The prefix register is available from GitHub.
