@Martin.s -- Welcome. Not usually sarcasm -- a number of our participants have small animals for their avatars, and one regular participant has a small (German) bear that always accompanies her on her travels, and we get the benefit of interesting scenic photos with Bär in the foreground.
@Martin.s Hello - there is some TeX talk, but like any chat it can vary quite a lot - you will find several very experienced (La)TeX users here - many of the 'regulars' know each other in real life from meetings, etc.
