and I would like to, I'm just quite busy, so it's not easy to find a free weekend, organize accomodation etc. Getting to Berlin is not so bad tho: I have both a direct train and a direct plane :)
@PauloCereda Nice idea! If @Dror knows that there is a TeX Stammtisch in Berlin already? projekte.dante.de/Stammtische/Berlin (a bit too far for me, though :( )
@cgnieder: No... I did not know this one. However, I had a TeX.SE evening in mind ;) I guess the intersection between the DANTE and TeX.SE is not empty

A very easy way is to:
in chapter II, at the top, say \include{ChapterI}. Then you can say \ref{...}, and every thing that has been labeled in ChapterI will show up
You gotta love the theorems sometimes: <i>Let $g=-\max A$. If (1) then $G=0$. Otherwise if (2) then $G=\min\{a,\max\{g,0\}\}$. Otherwise $G=\max\{g,0\}$.</i> Poor reader!
