@LuisMendo No - if you were to ask here - just show a screen image how you created your shortcut - perhaps someone can reproduce it, but I assure you - most of the shortcuts I’m making are awesome and fast.
I wonder if it’s a setting or some specific item being added that’s different...

Thanks... I thought it might be a well known issue. I'm just using the "ask for input" shortcut component --- not sure what it's called in English because my phone is set in Spanish, but it's the one that presents you with a question in text, or spoken by, and then allows you to enter for instance a number. When Siri speaks, instead of the question she says "What should numberAnswer be?" ("numberAnswer" literally)
Other than that yes, the scripts are awesome and fast

That’s why a screen shot showing how you constructed your shortcut is most easily reproduced or answered.
Words fail if yours describing blue or purple - you have to see it to know what purple you chose.

Hi @Seamus
2
Q: How to download Mojave now that Catalina is available?

WildcardI'm still running Mac OS 10.11 El Capitan. I've decided to upgrade, but I don't want to lose 32-bit support, so Catalina is not an option for me. I found this official Apple page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210190 However, the link on that page to download Mojave (https://itunes.apple.com...

If you’re not downloading fro El Cap, why not ask a new question if you need to download a specific OS.
I can’t really answer side questions in comments effectively.

@bmike It's just the standard "ask for input" block (not sure what it's called in English). I created a dummy shortcut with just that sincle step to reproduce the problem. The screen capture has the language problem (which is why I was avoiding it), but here it is.
The English translation (but I don't know if those are the actual names used in the English version) is:
Test
(Scripts)
Ask for _number_ with _Tell me a number_
(Show less)
Default number: (empty)
Allow decimals: (deactivated)
Allow negative numbers: (deactivated)
Now, if I start this shortcut with Siri, she asks "What value do you want for numberAnswer?" (in Spanish, "¿Qué valor de numberAnswer quieres?"), literally, instead of "Tell me a number". This is the screen capture with the text she speaks (in the lower part of the screen)
Clearly a bug. I was hoping it was well known

@bmike Right - sorry for that. Let me fool around with it some more. I'm reluctant to ask questions here unless there's no alternative - I guess I'm "allergic" to downvotes & the other stuff it takes to get along here. If I can't work it out, I'll post it up & let you know.
