it's enabled under spotlight settings in system preferences

if I search "yosemite" I'm only getting hits for email (top hit) and pdf documents, the next option is "Show all in finder"... no web search

regarding apple.stackexchange.com/questions/143515/change-txt-to-csv and the problem of processing files starting with a . as well: it's a very rare case, and people using .files often probably know how to handle them

@Erik I think it's a beta limitation—it doesn't work for me either

@IanC. I close vote many blatant 'give me teh codez' questions with the following reason:

> Questions asking for code must demonstrate a minimal understanding of the problem being solved. Include attempted solutions, why they didn't work, and the expected results.

Many (or even all) of these CVs expire without any further action though.
