@andrew.46 and @amar Well, I have a pretty solid candidate in mind:

I have been watching him for some time and I'm sure that he is responsible for many of the unexplained downvotes.

Also the other user we had in mind has stopped downvoting for quite some time. He is still stuck at 5040 downvotes.

Regarding ChanganAuto, if you look at his reputation and expand the down arrows, you will find that most of them have the Voting corrected indication and the votes gained by this correction are positive. This means that there has been serial downvoting going on which the system detected and reversed, thus the positive.

So I am 100% certain that ChanganAuto is the mysterious downvoter we were looking for. And by the looks of it, he seems to be downvoting with malicious intent, since, as we all have observed, posts are getting downvoted indiscriminately.

I suppose that this behavior justifies a suspend (at least).
