Be on the lookout for defacing attempts like this one in protest of the OpenAI announcement. Searching for "OpenAI" and sorting by "Active" every so often would probably be good.
@Zanna or @andrew.46 probably need some immediate attention on this one
Other sites are suspending pretty quickly to stop this.
Recommend also checking for any recently deleted posts by the user. It appears that they've deleted all of their posts on Super User, but since there was an accepted answer on this one, they weren't able to remove it.
