@andrew.46 Thank you! I edited the tag's excerpt to add the case where the tag should not be used (i.e. when referring to backgrounds of applications) and also added full tag wiki. Both need to be reviewed.

@karel From OP's comment: "The issue exists also in later and supported versions of Ubuntu. Upgrading doesn't solve the question." So maybe we shouldn't close this one?
