@Zanna The linked gist doesn't show the same error as in the question. Also the gist mentions that this happens after installing a MySQL server. The OP of the answer, however, hasn't mentioned anything about that, nor did the OP of the question. I'm not sure if we can edit the answer to add that since we can't be sure if the installation of MySQL was what caused the problem to the OP of the answer.
