Perhaps this answer should be deleted. There is no office command on Ubuntu.
@karel Why did you reject this edit? It looks like a clear improvement to me.

@BeastOfCaerbannog The edit was not a substantial edit, rather a toss-up formatting decision. Personally I prefer simple one-liner answers to be all on one line because it improves readability, at least it improves readability for me subjectively. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with approving an edit lke that if you like it better the other way.

I unlocked a few review queues earlier today, and it gave me this question to review. It mostly looked good, but the formatting was strange, so I wanted to edit it.
So, under where the tags are, I pressed the 'Edit' button, and now my edit is suggested... but under Actions in thre review queue, edit is grayed out. So what should I have done? If I wanted to edit, should I have used the Edit action instead of the Edit button under the tags?

@cocomac You did the right thing. I approved your suggested edit. Under Actions in the review queue, edit is grayed out because you need at least 2000 reputation to edit someone else's content without the edit being subject to review.

@karel Ohh. So to double-check, if I want to edit, I do not press the button under Actions, I press the normal button. Right?

@cocomac I just checked it on another SE site where I have less than 2000 reputation. The Edit radio button is not grayed out when reviewing a question and it also works OK for me.

@karel Alright. Thanks for clarifying! I appreciate the help

@karel OK. So it basically was just a personal preference. I thought that there was something wrong that I couldn't see.

@BeastOfCaerbannog Basically it's a personal preference engrained from reviewing thousands of suggested edits on Stack Overflow where the suggested edit divides each sentence of a long post into a separate paragraph for each sentence which cripples the post's readability. A half page long question with no paragraph division is also hard to read.

Shouldn't the title of this question be "How do I ENABLE search-as-you-type text in Ubuntu 17.10 and later?"
(caps for emphasis)
@karel OK. Personally, I usually prefer commands on their own lines, as it's easier for someone to select and copy them, using triple-click for example.
@BeastOfCaerbannog OK, ignore that. The title is fine.
