The edit was approve and I've edited again to fix it. (Also, it turns out that there was more stuff to do.)
@EliahKagan That tag edit was wrongly approved. I've re-edited the tags to include just the original tag and the one newly added tag that is reasonable.
@Kulfy I don't think there's ever a situation where an answer has to be CW. When I post answers that are little more than a quote from a comment or edit that ought, itself, to have been posted as an answer, I make them CW so that I can urge others to upvote them without breaching etiquette, and so that they can be more easily expanded (since the rep requirements for editing CW posts are lower than for non-CW posts) including by the OP or a commenter.
I've heard people say one ought always to make such answers CW, but I don't know if it's been intended as a statement of policy, and I don't know if votes on posts that urge making them CW are intended to express agreement with the strong interpretation that it is a policy only to do so. I should disclose that I am against having such a policy, but my opinion is of course not itself a policy.
My reasoning is: (1) There is rarely if ever any fairness issue, since the OP or commenter could've posted an answer, and since whoever did post the answer was making the site better by doing so, and (2) more importantly, I don't like the idea of there being any situations where one must make a post CW or where one must not make a post CW, because I think that encourages a view where authors are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of what they post when it's CW.
(Of course, I may post untested results reported by someone else as CW, and that may even be a factor that motivates me to make it a CW post--having not tested them, I want others who have to be able to edit more easily. But if I fundamentally think a post is not helpful, I should not be posted it--or, better, I should be including different content, or presenting the content I am including better.)
Authors here should not be attacked for problems with the quality of their posts, but they should be encouraged to care about such quality.
With all that said -- and separately from the question of whether they ought to be CW -- I've just edited both of them to improve their attribution and formatting.
