^^ not really even a partial answer
no longer needed, no longer needed - wrong canned comments, as the post is giving a specific workaround for the problem, is not NAA, should not be deleted, and should not be posted as a comment or question instead

no longer needed, wrong canned comment
NAA, answers a different question from what was asked (and it's explicitly giving it as a way to run Chromium, so it's not a wrong answer to the question that was asked; also it's not recommending to run Chromium instead of Google Chrome, so it's not a frame-challenging answer to the question that was asked)
no longer needed, I expanded the answer (I still don't consider it an especially good answer, but it was far better than some even before the edit, and the critique in the comment no longer applies at all ever since my edit)

^^ VLQ, though the system won't let it be flagged as such. I flagged NAA.
no longer needed, wrong canned comment, that's not a link-only answer (it may benefit from expansion, but answers don't generally fail to be answers just by not giving full installation instructions for the commands they recommend running - it would be an answer even without the links, which is the first test for for whether or not something is NAA due to over-reliance on links)

deletable, it's an answer but is rightly commented as a duplicate answer (I flagged NAA and voted to delete, but it's definitely not tp-able to Natty)
In contrast, although this answer overlaps with some other answers, it is clearer about what to do and it provides explanation and a demonstration of the issue. I don't think that qualifies for deletion, and I'd consider this comment no longer needed.
NAA, see comments

@karel Indeed. :)
Or, I would say, the author of the software improved it by migrating it to GitHub (if the user who hosts it on GitHub is the same as the original author, which I'm not sure of, though I think so). Anyway, I've removed my comment as no longer needed.

I had reviewed no improvement because the added link did not work for me after repeated attempts... but it turns out either the site was down or something was going on with my internet connection. "Ubuntu 18.04" should not be bold, and "terminal" should not be code, so if the edit is approved, those should be corrected.

@EliahKagan I close voted this question as a dupe after user Nonny Moose already close voted it as a dupe of an obviously canonical question, but I still think that my choice of an alternative duplicate question is useful for questions of this type. For this reason I am asking you to please delete this comment dated Jun 19 '12 at 2:03.

@karel Thanks. I've deleted that comment. It looks to have been wrong. I've replaced it with this comment.

@EliahKagan That's a much better comment.

Yes, the new one is correct and helpful rather than wrong and harmful. :)

4:13 PM
@EliahKagan That was the first step in my plan to renovate this question. I also posted a new up-to-date answer to it. The third step is that hopefully if the question is useful to Ask Ubuntu users it will get more upvotes in order to distinguish it from other similar questions.

@EliahKagan It does seem to me that posting a new answer is a huge amount of work compared to the convenience of using OS-Uninstaller, but I decided it was worth the effort because of this comment. That way if something goes wrong there's a backup plan B.
If something goes wrong with OS-Uninstaller there's a backup plan B to fix it. It's still not as good as How to remove Ubuntu and put Windows back on? though.
I think the way for me to be a pro at this is to wait until the question has 3 or 4 close votes as a duplicate question of How to remove Ubuntu and put Windows back on? and then add How to remove Ubuntu from dual boot system with Windows 7? as a second duplicate link.
