@pomsky I don't know. Usually I don't bother flagging "thanks" comments on posts that don't have any other comments, but they are immediately "no longer needed" unless they have something else substantive. So I've added my flag to that comment, and that additional flag didn't automatically removed it either. A mod will likely have to handle the flags on it. That's okay.

I don't know exactly what filters SE uses to identify a comment as deletable by a single flag due to appearing to say thanks and nothing else.

@EliahKagan Yeah, I'm surprised because I often flag short "thank you" comments (containing nothing else substantial) and they always vanish immediately after flagging. This one didn't!

@pomsky May be because they misspelled "helped". AFAIK SE tries to check the comment against some particular sets of regex before auto-deletion.

@Kulfy Hmm... sounds somewhat reasonable.

I want an opinion on this answer. It's a duplicate of my answer; posted more than five months later and it's a very brief version of my answer (let alone adding something more). Also claims something incorrect; "Evernote has launched Tusk for Ubuntu." Tusk is an unofficial third-party app. Shouldn't we delete it? (I haven't acted yet due to conflict of interest)
