This post was effectively intended as an edit and for that reason I believe is actually flaggable as NAA, which I've done (though I wouldn't report it to Natty). Arguably it could be custom-flagged but I think it can just be NAA-flagged and deleted through review and/or by 20k delete votes. (See the comment on it.)

^^ It's a tough call when a post that's NAA due to a misunderstanding of the question and is picked up by Natty (which is not supposed to catch that case), but here I think the low length and one-line nature of the post make NAA a reasonable guess. I wouldn't report the post to Natty if it didn't catch it -- though I would still flag it NAA and vote to delete, as I've done -- but I think it's reasonable to tell Natty it was correct, here.

@EliahKagan I edited the post, but it still seems unclear. I don't see the connection between low wireless signal (title) and low caching (body).

I guess information should be requested from the OP to try to troubleshoot the problem. I'm not sure what the most useful information is to ask for, for that.

@EliahKagan Yes, but then they posted another answer which states that the issue is "magically" solved. I don't see the need for two answers. I think that they either should be combined, which doesn't seem good enough to me, or the first answer should be combined with the question, as part of the OP's troubleshooting process.

I'm inclined to think the second answer should be deleted and the first answer updated with the information from it. The first answer does seem to give specific information that other people may be able to use to solve or mitigate the same or a similar problem.

@EliahKagan Perhaps you are right. I will retract the NAA flag. I am a bit confused for what would be the best approach though.

@Kulfy It formatted pgdata and datadir as code, but there was no reason to think that was correct, and no explanation in the edit summary or elsewhere to justify it. In this case that would actually have been actively confusing, because it would have left readers looking for things called that. (For example, it left me looking for things called that.)

I believe those were informal abbreviations by the post author that could be expanded, though I was not sure enough of this to do such an edit myself. The abbreviation that was expanded, "procs," was already fairly clear.

Expanding it would was nonetheless justified, as far as I could tell, but I didn't understand why only the second occurrence of "procs" was expanded, but not the first. Overall, I thought the edit made the post somewhat worse, and I didn't feel confident about my ability to fix it.

@Kulfy For that other one I think it may well have been better if I had clicked Edit instead of Reject. The reason I rejected it was that it left numerous grammar errors uncorrected and introduced at least one new one ("shutdowned"), and I thought (and still think) that the original wording "I cant install broken packages" was much clearer than "I can't install cleaned packages".

However, I can see that the edit really does substantially improve readability of the post. In hindsight I think it is best that you approved it, though I think it, too, should be edited again.

@Kulfy No problem. I've edited it. If you look over my edit, you may find things that can be done better. Also, there's a semicolon outside quotes and I wonder if it should be in the quotes, but I'm not at all sure so I didn't touch it. (It wasn't affected by the recent edit anyway.)

@EliahKagan Odd, I didn't deliberately delete a message. Also, the message history just shows (removed).

My first attempt to post the message didn't succeed, the chat interface told me to try again, and I did. When I reloaded to see if my message was posted successfully that time (which it was), it showed a deleted message above it.

Furthermore, as far as I can tell, the main purpose of the post is primarily to give that solution, rather than to solicit information from the OP. It could be reworded to make this clearer, though I'm not sure its current wording is really a problem.

@Kulfy One thing about this bug that is strange is that it seems like it's an exception to the usual rules about who can view deleted messages. I can view the history page for that deleted message even in a private tab (i.e., without even being logged on).

In contrast, trying to view the history page for most deleted messages, like that one from Smokey, without being logged in, gives the 404 page for chat (i.e., the one with the funny hats picture on it).
