I was wondering should I edit Rinzwind's and Sylvain Pineau's answer. In one of the answer some kernel or newer is mentioned but IMO that's very much vague. With the introduction of HWE, it's possible for LTS releases to use kernels that are rolling out with newer LTS and non-LTS version.

Like If a user downloads an ISO of Bionic after some point releases, they would find that they are using newer kernel, for example, it is 5.0. But the post says 4.15 (refer Rinzy's answer) or newer (refer Sylvain's answer). The user may find this thing little unclear and confusing.

May be a HWE note be added there.

The answers were written after introduction of HWE. I wonder why none of the answer mentioned that.
