@Zanna I think it's a message notifying Natty, starting with the word report, followed by a URL.

The report command is documented here and I think the phrase "true negative" in this context refers to a post that is NAA, and that Natty examined, but that Natty wrongly thought was not NAA.

Anyway, that's apparently how I always used to report posts to Natty.

Idk if it's still as useful to do so now as in the past, though.
