@amar That may be, but it won't always be the case, and we can't expect Mods or voters to validate that Debian problems or their solutions will be equally applicable to Ubuntu. Can we be sure that the Debian issue referenced in the question is even relevant on Ubuntu? It's a self-answer by the same Debian user.
If you look at the self-answer, it's more of a partial solution that says they still have a core issue.
And really closes with a question.
