Can someone look at this question (on HNQ's)? I don't know that "How to report a bug w/ screenshot & description" counts as Needs Details or Clarity, but I'm also not convinced it's not a duplicate, despite that the OP wants a simpler option. Not really sure the best way to handle it, so could someone (@andrew.46 ?) take a look over that question. Thanks!

Hi, I have an impression that this may appear as not a constructive participation.
I mean, 41 votes in one day; can someone pay proper attention to all the content one votes on?
Editing and sculpting site content is our task, but I am not convinced such way of doing it brings reliably positive results.
You can sort the user list by number of votes cast.

@Zanna I can do that. I thought it would be faster if I'd bring it here, but it seems I was wrong. I will do the meta post later today (or perhaps tomorrow).

I think that even after the edit, this is not actually an answer, since the OP said in a comment:
I reverted to the GA kernel but this still didn't work as you can see on my screenshot above — Davi SN 11 hours ago

@Levente I can indeed see in the week filter of Voters that the user you mention has 41 votes, which were cast today, as it can be seen in the Votes cast section you posted. The second user (@DanielT) in the same list has 37 votes, 30 of which were cast today. Both users have voted a lot, but the number of votes is not that extreme actually.
Furthermore, considering the fact that the user you mention has 5170 "helpful" flags (I mod could give an exact ratio of "helpful" to "declined"), that makes them, I think, one of the top 10 flaggers of the site (or somewhere there). With such an amount of flags, I'd say that they downvote and flag many posts every day.
There could be another concern though: that the user votes with malicious intent. Usually, malicious voters mostly downvote posts. However, this user only has a reputation decrease of 5 points today and in their profile I don't see that they have received any upvotes today. So out of the total of 41 votes only 5 (at most) are downvotes. Therefore I don't see malice here. If some of the posts that the user has downvoted will be removed, the reputation decrease can be even less.
All in all, I don't think that this case is not a case of excessive voting. However, I cannot explain the reputation decrease of about 250 points that can be observed since December.
Perhaps a mod can shed some more light on that.
@BeastOfCaerbannog I don't think that this case is a case of excessive voting. *
