@BeastOfCaerbannog My understanding is that FreeCAD requires DWG files to be converted to a friendly format using something like LibreDWG and are 2D only. I use ACAD for mainly 3D solid modeling and could not get any 3D DWG files to work in FreeCAD. I have not tried LibreDWG Beta yet but will give it a look. (The site has not been updated in a couple years). Thanks.
