@SaiBaikampadi dont confuse yourselves with outward inward world. Life itself is a Yoga. Doing your Karma , following your Dharma, devotion to Ishvara or your favorite deity, being good friend to your friends, being a good daughter/son to your parents and most importantly, being happy yourself without dependence on external world or situations.... Being healthy, and doing your work which keeps peace of mind and healthy body is Dharma.... Follow these. There are no dualities. Only one Parabrahman
