I saw this question: pm.stackexchange.com/questions/18771/… ... I'm not a lawyer, but I believe the practice he's describing is actually illegal, at least in the US. I'd really like to leave an answer providing him info about that, but I don't have a high enough reputation. Is there any (legitimate) workaround for that? Maybe a way to message him directly or something?
I wanted to share the info here with that poster: workplacefairness.org/work-time ... Basically, the key point here is that it's illegal (at least in the US) to refuse to pay an employee for any work time, which would include time spent fixing bugs. Is there any way I can get this info to that user?
