The thing with Sara's question though is that we don't have details such as macOS version, and that's going to be relevant here. So I've just added a comment to the OP asking for that.
I might also re-add links to the related question, just because the OP's post mentions that their answers didn't work.

Nice touch @Monomeeth - you’re right, but I hope some of the people with good sound flower points can make them and we might as well edit in Catalina as the OS - the OP can always change it later if they care
