Someone should tell this user that is not ok to create a tag and go on a mass retagging spree

That is, new tags should generally be tested and let to sit for a while to see if they merit community approval (imo, anyway)

I would also refrain from creating a new tag and immediately going on a retagging spree while applying it to a bunch of questions. If it doesn't merit community approval, you've done a lot of unnecessary work, and doing so may replace a relevant fifth tag. — Integrand 1 hour ago

I have posted somewhat related feature request both here and on Meta Stack Exchange: Limit for number of questions where tag can be added by tag-creator soon after the creation of tag and Do not allow massive retagging by the tag-creator shortly after creation of a new tag.

BTW if you look at the questions linked to the local feature request, you can see there some instances where people complained about too many questions bumped by a new tag.
