I am not sure whether the bug described here has any effect other than the posts made during the period when there was a problem not being posted in the room: Feeds are no longer posted in chat.
In any case, I will try to remove the feeds and add them again, just in case.

Q: Warning when creating a new tag on meta

Martin SleziakWhen a new tag is created on the main site, you get a warning before you can continue - this prevents creation of a tag by mistake. This was implemented as a result of this feature request: Warning for new tags.1 Only today I realized that this warning is only enabled on main site and not on m...

What're these ?

@Andrews Just look at the message right before that.

@Andrews Or is the intended question what are feeds (in the context of Stack Exchange chat)?

I'm just wondering why they appear repeatedly

They?

Yes, they.

If you look at the feeds tab, you can see list of the the feeds which are posted in this room. For example, new answers about management thread, new questions about tagged , etc.
@Andrews I am not sure what you meant by "they".

@Andrews I suspect Martin manually disabled/enabled the 4 different feeds on the list, which is why the messages appeared 4 times.

If you meant messages in the red circle you posted, such message is posted in the room whenever a feed is added/removed/modified.
If there is a problem, the messages above can be moved into trash. (Although some suspicious people might think that I am trying to hide something.)

@ArnaudD. Yes, that's what I mean.

@ArnaudD. You have been quite active in some tag-related discussions. Would it be ok, if I added you to the room owners of this room?

A new tag was created in this question. Tag selberg-class exsits in MO and has 27 questions now.

I tried to add also . Simply for the purpose that when somebody wants to check on tags which have been created, uniform format makes such posts easier to find.
Occasionally I have done the same for deleted tags.
Of course, neither of those is very important.

Q: Do the properties defining the Selberg class imply the distribution of real parts of non trivial zeros of an L-function is strongly unimodal?

Sylvain JulienSelberg defined what is now known as the Selberg class as a class of L-functions fulfilling for essential properties, which are analyticity, Euler product, functional equation and Ramanujan-Patersson condition. All elements of this class are believed to fulfill the analogue of the Riemann hypothe...

In mathematics, the Selberg class is an axiomatic definition of a class of L-functions. The members of the class are Dirichlet series which obey four axioms that seem to capture the essential properties satisfied by most functions that are commonly called L-functions or zeta functions. Although the exact nature of the class is conjectural, the hope is that the definition of the class will lead to a classification of its contents and an elucidation of its properties, including insight into their relationship to automorphic forms and the Riemann hypothesis. The class was defined by Atle Selberg...
This is probably the first time when a tag with this name was created: data.stackexchange.com/math/query/927958/… data.stackexchange.com/math/query/883845/…

I'm afraid won't last long in MSE, and I feel like I'm gonna pay less attention to these newly created and short-life tags.

@MartinSleziak Well, I'm not against the idea, but I don't know if I would be really useful as a room owner.

Ok then :)

@ArnaudD. Well, it's actually not a big change. (And, of course, you can remove yourself from the list of owners at any time.)
Some stuff you can do as RO (but not as a regular user): You can pin things on the starboard (including your own messages), you can move messages into another room, you can edit feeds...

Ok :) I'll admit that I don't use chat a lot (mostly the big chatrooms) so I don't even really know what this means and what I can do.

But you've managed to enlighten me before I could even ask !

But it really does not matter too much, just consider list of room owners in this room as showing (some of the) users who care about tags.

I'm OK with that :)

I have copy-pasted the tag-excerpt and tag-wiki from MO, but it seems that is going to be removed: math.stackexchange.com/posts/3185101/revisions
