I have just noticed that there exists soft-question tag on meta. It is used rather inconsistently. The tag-info is empty. (I would imagine that it could be used when discussing soft questions on the main site. I don't think that there is any reason to single out soft questions on meta since the discussion already says that a question is opinion based.)

Maybe another tag on meta, which would deserve filling in the tag-info, is reference. It was recently used on a question, which would be tagged reference-request on main (or at least which discusses this kind of questions). However, I think that the intention when creating this tag was using it for something like [MathJax reference}(meta.math.stackexchange.com/questions/5020) or similar posts.
Although I cannot think of a good example of similar post at the momment or made a good suggestion for a tag-excerpt that would clarify the usage.
Maybe list of common acronyms falls into this category.
I have removed this tag from two questions, here and here.
When I look at revision history of the posts that are tagged as reference here, here and here I see, that this tag was added on Jan 9 '13 by me to the list of acronyms. That is the oldest occurrence of that tag that I see. So it seems as if I have created the tag.
But I have a vague recollection that I have used a tag that someone had created before me. (Of course, I might be wrong. I am not entirely sure about that.)
If I am not mistaken, the meta.SE posts say that you can find out who created tag only if the Taxonomist badge has been awarded for it: 1, 2, 3 and many other posts shown there among linked questions.
