@AlexM. I am not entirely sure that (coin) tag is going to be useful. Previously there was (coin-flipping) tag, which was removed after some discussion, see here and here. I know the user, yesterday (Dec. 8) I had a flurry of edits of his in the edit review queue (tens of them). I lost my temper and after rejecting one of those I left him a comment (prefixed with his name, of course) asking him to stop doing meaningless edits. He immediately stopped. — Alex M. @MartinSleziak: I myself am not sure about the usefullness of this tag and I consider discussing it in more detail on MetaMSE. The core argument is the following: for "dice" problems there is (dice), for "cards" problems there is (card-games), for "balls in urns" we have (polya-urn-model) and (balls-in-bins). In this context (and only in it) I found it natural to also have a (coin) tag, not knowing about the former (coin-flipping) one. This is because coins, dice, card and balls seem to exhaust the classical theory of probabilities, so why have one of them missing from the tag inventory? — Alex M. 1 hour ago
