@Thisismuchhealthier. I guess several users are retagging such questions, when they spot them. See this google search containing at least those instances, when I not only edited, but also added a comment (taken from comment templates).
@MartinSleziak I know you carry out tons of retags (first row of editors page, all-time). Without you and a few other editors, we might have 9000 homework-tag-only posts by now, instead of 900.
